Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
